An offline-first, internally supported PDF viewer and editor for Community Counseling Solutions. Annotate, fill and design form fields, OCR a scan, unlock many password-protected PDFs, save a project or a PDF others can fill — without sending document content to a CCS application API.
Internally supported with documented ownership, change control, and residual-risk guidance — without the operational weight of a multi-user document database.
Editor workspace: text, shapes, tables, images, snip-and-move, multi-PDF append. Undo/redo and page tools built in.
Editor + Pointer to fill fields. Form workspace to design layout. Supported native widgets auto-import for design tools.
Tesseract.js + English data ship under lib/. Recognition runs on-device, not a cloud OCR API — including offline packs.
Project (.ccspdf) keeps edits re-openable. PDF flattens annotations; form fields stay fillable; optional password protect.
Intranet HTTPS, offline browser zip, or Windows WebView2 shell with desktop shortcut and file associations.
No submission store, no Entra roles inside the SPA, no webhooks. Documents follow normal file handling.
Clear boundaries keep support and compliance conversations short.
