The CCS PDF Editor is an internally developed software application
and is the exclusive property of Community Counseling Solutions (CCS).

This software, including all source code, documentation, training
materials, icons, styles, and related materials distributed with it
(other than third-party components described in NOTICE), is intended
solely for authorized CCS business purposes.

Authorized users are CCS employees and contractors who have been
granted access by CCS Information Technology (or designees) in
accordance with CCS policy.

No portion of this software (other than third-party components under
their own licenses) may be reproduced, distributed, sublicensed, sold,
transferred, or provided to any external party without prior written
authorization from CCS.

Modifications, enhancements, and derivative works created as part of
CCS employment, contracted services, or authorized development
activities shall remain the property of CCS.

The CCS Information Technology Department is responsible for
administration, maintenance, support, security management of the
hosted static deployment (when used), change management, and
documentation of this application.

No individual employee shall be considered the sole owner, custodian,
or maintainer of this application.

Third-party libraries and other components included for use with this
application are subject to their own license terms. See the NOTICE
file in this distribution. Those terms are not overridden by this
Internal Use Software License.

IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL NOTES

This application is designed as an offline-first, client-side PDF
editor. Document content is processed in the user’s browser (or
optional desktop shell) and is not uploaded to a CCS application
server by the application itself. Users remain responsible for
storing, transmitting, and disposing of saved PDF / project files
under CCS information security and records policies.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR INTERNAL BUSINESS USE AND IS SUBJECT
TO CCS POLICIES, SECURITY STANDARDS, PRIVACY REQUIREMENTS, AND
APPLICABLE REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS.

Community Counseling Solutions reserves the right to modify, restrict,
suspend, or discontinue access to this software at any time.
